Because all products are custom-made on demand by Printful, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Refunds
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Provide photos and order details to [Your Email].
Refunds or replacements will be at our discretion, and we coordinate with Printful for resolution.
Shipping Issues
Lost or delayed shipments are handled via Printful and carriers.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if the product is defective or incorrect.
